• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals
• Without completed KYC verification, withdrawals are capped at ৳10,000
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts

In line with international anti-money laundering standards, hi baze is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory authorities. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Hi baze offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that should be read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager at least 10x the bonus amount
• Validity: If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited
• Bonus Combination: Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn directly, but the original free bet stake cannot

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on hi baze:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cashout option)
• Pre-match bets will close before the event begins
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment
• Hi baze reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with hi baze's policy
• In an accumulator bet, if one leg loses, the entire bet is lost

Match results in Sports Betting are confirmed through officially and internationally recognized sources. In the event of any dispute, hi baze's decision shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hi baze and will result in permanent account closure:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Operating an account using someone else's identity
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automation tools
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems

Hi baze takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Your information is used solely for account management, payment processing, and security verification.

• Your information is never sold to third parties
• Limited data may be shared with trusted partners for payment processing purposes
• Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities when required by law

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance before account closure; however, balances may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activities.

Hi baze is an entertainment platform. Betting and gaming carry financial risk. hi baze is not liable for the following:

• Missed bets due to internet connection loss
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss or sharing of a user's own password due to negligence
• Service disruptions caused by uncontrollable external factors (natural disasters, cyberattacks)
